Anyone who’s active on TikTok and plugged into the skincare algorithm has probably been served countless ‘it products.’ It seems like every other week, some new tool, moisturizer, or lip mask goes viral, with everyone rushing to get their hands on it. Very few have personally piqued my interest—what can I say, I’m picky about what I put on my skin—but the Biodance Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask
managed to reel me in enough to try it.
What is the Biodance Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask?
I’ve known of this viral K-beauty sheet mask for quite a while (our team discovered it was making waves on the Internet last year). It goes above and beyond your average hydrating sheet mask by minimizing pores, improving skin elasticity and softening fine lines and wrinkles within one use. A 1.19 oz bottle of ampoule is solidified into the sheet mask, which then deeply penetrates into your skin overtime. It contains non-toxic, non-irritant ingredients that won’t aggravate sensitive skin, such as hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and low molecular collagen.
All that said, this isn’t something you can throw on for 10 minutes and go on your way; it requires a minimum wear time of three hours. While it is a bit of a time suck, the brand advises you put it on before heading to sleep, allowing you to wake up to visible results in the morning.Â
How I TestedÂ
While I wouldn’t have to worry about it slipping off during the night—it’s a hydrogel mask, A.K.A. has a jelly-like consistency that adheres to the skin—I still opted to wear it during the day. I don’t think it matters when you apply it, so long as you commit to the entire process.

It fit my face pretty well—I sometimes find sheet masks are large for my face and extend too far into my hairline—and it was easy to apply. It stuck to my skin immediately, and didn’t budge once. I also loved that it instantly felt soothing on my skin; it has a slight cooling sensation.Â
Another intriguing feature of the mask is that it starts off an opaque white and gradually turns clear, signaling that it’s working. Basically, you’ll know when it’s time to remove it without needing to check the clock—it took about three and a half hours for mine to fully turn.
My Results
I was honestly surprised by how my skin looked once I took off the mask. My complexion had a healthy glow, felt incredibly smooth to the touch, seemed to have tightened up (in a good way) and any usual redness across my cheeks was completely gone. Truthfully, I’ve never had a sheet mask transform my skin quite like this one.
I’m also a little scarred by previous sheet masks that broke me out, but this one had the opposite effect. By the next day, any blemishes that were previously starting to form had noticeably retreated.
To keep the benefits going, I decided to try another Biodance favorite: the Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask
. My skin has been incredibly dry lately (I blame retinol and acne products), which has made my makeup application less than flawless. My hope was that this sheet mask would give it a surge of hydration—and it definitely did. The mask contains a high amount of glacial water and is rich in minerals, and after the three hours were up, any flakes around my nose had basically melted away. My skin felt plump and, when I pressed on it, it truly felt firmer.
Don’t let the $20 price tag scare you away; you get four masks in a pack at Amazon, which shakes out to just $5 per mask (you can also purchase individual ones at Sephora). Considering the results, I’d say trying either the Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask
or the Collagen Sheet Mask
is totally worth it.
