OTB Workforce Acquires Majority Stake in Leather-based Items Atelier Frassineti

The Italian model workforce, which owns Diesel and Maison Margiela, introduced Thursday that it has bought a majority shareholder stake in Frassineti, a Florentine leather-based items producer that has been an established provider to the OTB-owned Jil Sander logo.

The purchase is a travel by means of the corporate’s manufacturing arm, Workforce World, to improve their loyalty to supporting Italy’s provide chain and handover OTB with technological sources and experience in sustainable innovation, consistent with an organization commentary.

“These are the companies, and this is the expertise that power our country, and we have to continue investing in them,” Renzo Rosso, OTB Workforce’s founder and chair, mentioned in a commentary.

Frassinenti’s starting public will keep a minority shareholder stake and Gaia Frassineti will proceed as managing director of the corporate.
