Rose Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Grand Brulot
  • 1 oz Rosemary Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup

Instructions:

  1. Shake and strain into a frozen rocks glass.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Flirtini Dirty Martini

Valentine's Day cocktails

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 oz Desolas Mezcal
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Olive Brine
  • Garnish: Sweet drop peppers

Instructions:

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the Desolas Mezcal, dry vermouth, and olive brine.
  3. Stir well for about 30 seconds to chill and properly dilute the cocktail.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with sweet drop peppers.

FIOR The Delaney

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Fior Scotch
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • Garnish: 1 Orange Twist

Instructions:

  1. Add the Fior, Vermouth, and Campari to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Gently shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
  • 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Licor 43
  • 1 oz Cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 2 oz Champagne
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Orange twist

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur, Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, Licor 43, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Shake the ingredients well for about 10-15 seconds to chill.
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass.
  5. Top with champagne.

Tequila Martini

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Add tequila, vermouth, lemon juice, and bitters into a shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Double strain and pour into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon twist.

Hazelnut Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Heat milk, cocoa powder, and sugar in a small saucepan while stirring frequently until warm.
  2. Add chocolate chips and stir vigorously.
  3. Turn off the heat and add Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka and hazelnut syrup.
  4. Pour into a mug and serve.

CORNY & OLD-FASHIONED

Valentine's Day cocktails

Ingredients:

  • 1.75 oz Butter-washed Cedar Ridge Barrel Proof Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Nixta Corn Liqueur
  • 1 tbsp. Raw agave nectar
  • 1 dash Banana Bitters
  • 2 dashes Molé Bitters
  • 7 drops Saline
  • Garnish: Charred baby corn

Instructions:

  1. Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice or placing it in the freezer while you prepare the cocktail.
  2. In a mixing glass, add the butter-washed bourbon, Nixta Corn Liqueur, raw agave nectar, banana bitters, molé bitters, and saline.
  3. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 20–30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
  4. Discard the ice from the rocks glass and strain the cocktail over a large ice cube.
  5. Lightly char a baby corn using a kitchen torch or a hot pan.
  6. Let it cool slightly before placing it on the edge of the glass or resting it on top of the ice cube.

Broken Cosmo

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Broken Shed Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Orange liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 Lemon twist
  • Garnish: 1 Lime twist

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with a lime twist.

Kilinga Espresso Martini

Valentine's Day cocktails

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Kilinga Silvestre
  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec
  • 2 oz Espresso
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup
  • 2 Orange slices per serving

Instructions:

  1. Add ice, ingredients, and 2 slices of fresh orange to shaker and shake vigorously.
  2. Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Add a light dust of cinnamon and a twist of orange for aromatics.

Valentine's Day cocktails

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Zomoz
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Organic Agave mix
  • Top off with Champagne
  • Garnish: Lemon twist

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake strain into champagne flute.
  3. Top with your favorite Sparkling Wine/Champagne.
  4. Garnish with lemon twist.
