Brittany Mahomes Celebrates Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in Red

Brittany Mahomes is featured in Sports Illustrated’s annual Swimsuit Issue this year, the magazine revealed on Tuesday. It marks the 60th installation in the publication’s iconic series.

“What an absolute dream to join the incredible @si_swimsuit family,” Mahomes wrote on Instagram. “I’m so grateful for the amazing team of women who give us this incredible platform to be our truest most authentic selves!”

In new photography shot by Derek Kettela in Belize, Mahomes models both bikinis and one-piece swimsuits in bold red colorways. She’s no stranger to wearing red as she’s often seen coordinating her outfits in the hue of her Kansas City Chiefs quarterback husband Austin Mahomes’ uniform color.

“As a girl from Tyler, Texas, who only really knew sports, never in a million years did I think I’d be in [the SI Swimsuit Issue],” Mahomes told Sports Illustrated. “I’m just so grateful for this opportunity.”

SI’s 2024 Swimsuit Issue roster also includes Gayle King, Kate Upton, Chrissy Teigen and Olivia Dunne.

On Monday, the magazine announced its partnership with Swim USA to design and produce an 83-piece collection of swim tops, bottoms, one-pieces and coverups that will be sold exclusively on the Sports Illustrated storefront on Amazon.

Last year, Mahomes appeared in a Skims holiday campaign alongside her husband Patrick Mahomes, and their two children.

“We loved shooting for Skims as a family and had the best time on set,” Brittany said at the time. “The matching sets and prints are so adorable and cozy. Skims will be a staple for our entire family for the holidays and beyond.”
